It's part of the plan....BP knows it works, but told peregrine to shut down sunrise because bp would lose billions, so now bp is all buying Pphm stock at .39c and soon, maybe next week Pphm will announce to the world a buyout for 300 billion and 2 shares of the top 5 BP STOCKS.
