Did you check the Status - it is in Default!!! "entity status is listed as “Default”, it means you did not file an Initial or Annual List of Officers/State Business License by the due date."

This is very odd from the Nevada SOS for Numelo Technologies, Inc.

It has for President - Eugenio Santos!

From the CIAU 8-K:

Simultaneously with the appointment of Aubrey Brown as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the resignation of Eugenio Santos as a director and officer of the Company, Eugenio Santos transferred his 10,000 shares of Preferred Stock held in the Company as described in our 8-K filing on January 15, 2016. Mr. Brown is now the sole officer and director of the Company. The Company will effect a name change as soon as practicable to NuMelo Technologies, Inc. and request NELO as the new ticker symbol.

Now this is pretty funny - Eugenio Santos resigns from CIAU but is the President of Numelo Technologies - this stuff is amazing - you can't up this nonsense.

Eugenio Santos is listed as the President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of Numelo Technologies.

I better get a screenshot in case they try to deceive investors.
