Hi Born, guess you were on vacation, we have been discussing the transaction for a week. Bottom line is that IVFH will not go broke because of this, it protects IVFH from FD losses. I am glad they did it, but we got just $10 cash in deal. That is not a typo.
The original biz was and is good, so we lost major cash and time because of FD, but the bleed is over and we can go back to making profits.
