From a selfish standpoint, I'd like the "market" to not get it for 1 more month so I can accrue enough shares to hit my target. Frankly, I think the large amount of upfront financing for construction scares most people.
I see the whole Rare Earths sector as a national security priority. However, I see NioCorp and it's particular resource as an insane opportunity.
I have accrued all the shares I need and more. I'm good to go.
Raising 5-10 million dollars for a billion dollar mine to carry the company through to the completion of a FS that will qualify the company for financing to build the mine and generate 450 million dollars in revenue per year for 32+ years is chump change.
They will find the money and I can't imagine it will take more than 2-3 months and if luck has it, even sooner.
As Mark Smith has said on numerous occasions: A good project "WILL" find financing.
Savvy investors who have studied and understand the potential of this project have accumulated a boat load of shares and will make a ton of money and may never have to work again once the project really takes off while the doubters sit on the sidelines and wonder 'why'.
