Do tier 1 suppliers set up booths at auto shows to hawk their new technology? No, the auto makers do that.
Why? They don't sell to the public. The public does not understand MEMS, it would be a waste of $$$.

The answer is right in your own post. Its targeted to clinics and practices. Think eye doctors. EPGL is the R&D startup that will find its way to those locations but it will be with much, much larger manufacturing partners.
Like Cooper Companies, Novartis, etc.
