It doesn't even have money to file 10 -K, '10-K could not be filed within the prescribed time period.'

1 Scammer company, has been doing stock Fraud and pump/dump.

Now, it'll increase A/S to 525 Million and do 1 for 10 R/S, so that this Scammer will be Dumping billions of Worthless shares soon!
