Seems to me Nasrat indicated that a BP would've taken more than what Epic was willing to agree to. That's not hard to believe. Nasrat publicly stated he wasn't going to publicize Eli 200 and thus the company until he knew the FDA was going to review Eli 200. He did say he was going to a few investor conferences this year for that very reason.

In essence, what was their to convey prior to filing Eli 200???

Lol, to gain a better perspective with my marathon analogy, you are quitting the race when the finish line is close. Also, why say most longs would sell in the next few months when there is no evidence? Realistically, savvy investors would sell to retain their principal and let their gains run.
