Yep, I think you were the only one. I stand corrected. The company is currently valued by the market at around $120-130m when debt is taken into account. I would think the tech could be worth more than that to someone else - IF margins can go higher in the future or they partner with someone who needs their tech in a bigger project.

I don't understand how the company went from nothing and high debt to $1.80 to a companbtgsy delivered EVERYTHING + high debt and a SP of .28?

What the F am I missing here?

Do they want the SP at a nickel to but the company, screw investors and go private?
