Thanks Dickmo, Yes I caught that and updated the post, that its $10 cash and think it was (in my post) $7 mill loan.

The FD problem is so easy to see in retro, I thought Sam must of had some plan to turn it to profit when he did deal, obviusoly there was no plan to do that.
