Well not to long ago the Application withdrawn by applicant notice was because they failed to pay the annual fee.

So they(EU Patent) have deleted the deletion notice. SO basically we have a good application for this patent.

TIC TOC we are getting close to a EU Patent being issued IMO. Which in turn means that any company out there, like in Dubai or other place in Europe that wants to pay intellicell a fee for using this patented process can do so without the risk off of getting the carpet pulled out from under them.
