Crazy huh I've been in a few 20 or 17 million but 7 is extraordinarily low

$USAR I Verified the O/S with the T/A-as-being 540MIL But the Float I was Unable to Verify, we Know the Float is Low because of the way it trades, but whether it is still 7MIL or not I don't know?
