True but there is a middle ground. It's not all or nothing. If the company makes a statement about timeing-and that doesn't come to fruition. then they owe the stockholders an explanation as to why. Since every milestone that they have touted last year and in years past still hasn't happened then they need to give an explanation.
Voo- If they hadn't published the milestones that they did in the past years, would you have invested in this stock? Think about it.. The statements that have already been made are misleading. People invested money based on misleading information. The company should at least give investors an explanation as to why they are behind their own schedule. Is that really asking that much?
