No one from the company, officially said February for news. You could infer from the few emails they were hoping to wrap up the SEC documentation for the merger in February, didn't happen, at least publicly.

I am eager for news, I am eager for this to be wrapped up, in reality these things never get done quickly. I wouldn't say anything has changed except we still wait for this finish. If we need a deadline it's the 71 days from the event date, January 29th. Were still inside the legal SEC window.

I suspect they will be current by then since there are new rules about that and completing the reverse merger rule 6490 and FINRA will review. It doesn't stop it, but they get hit with fines.

We all know this, we need to be current then BOOM!

btw - FINRA doesn't approve or deny the merger though they just whack you with fines until you comply.

The corporate actions of issuers who do not comply with FINRA Rule 6490 will not be approved by FINRA and they will be charged fines for their non-compliance:
