VGR -- the 7% dividend is still hard to pass up.....

but, not liking the price appreciation of it any longer.

It appears to be safe ---- trading in a reasonable channel.....

but, I look at it as nothing more than a YIELD giver......

and, to a degree, a somewhat risky one at that.
