TALK is still under Levy.

I don't care what they update the OTC infomercial site to say.

No merger has occurred in reality.

UMS still needs the complete FY 2015 audit. TALK needs both 2014 and 2015 re-audited, due to the fact they had employed the banned accountant Terry Johnson. TALK needs to file the 2015 10-K, which is five months late.

Then FINRA will have to review all the above, and approve this proposed merger. None of this has happened in reality yet.

UMS is being sued for 895K over non payment for goods received. TALK is being sued for 295K as well.

UMS is not profitable. TALK has no assets and is in deep debt. Both companies are in deep debt.

Fairly easy for me to ascertain why they now expect the public to pay for all their debt utilizing this story line.
