Hard to say akgoldminor. I don't think history or fundamentals has much to do with it. They never even factored in the return of 6 million ounces annual silver production to the revenue stream when Lucky Friday resumed production. If that doesn't move the needle, I don't know what will, other than higher commodity prices of course.
