Your Interpretation, not mine on RXSF. Using your RXSF criteria, it would be Like interpreting the "Projections" as "you should mortgage your house on RXSF" because of all the Favorable Projections on RXSF.
Incorrect Analysis on RXSF statements, and not recommending either.
Do your DD on RXSF.
