Very logical expectations. Without knowing more details, it seems that a 30 business day response is in order to the NV SOS letter. They need to go current with a correct officers list. At the least a designated interim list. Order of operations puts the list at the top of the to do's list before anything else can be filed and or PR'ed.

That's the whole point about the banner. It was put there deliberately in the first place, the removed deliberately late last year - also for a reason!

Otherwise,why remove it?
