Good news? Hardly. Not paying your property taxes after that jerk off Rochon said all the debt was paid, was a lie. The reality is that they haven't been investing in the upkeep on that building. So your point is moot. I have sources that say that there are TONS of issues with that building (HVAC, etc.) and repair costs are enormous. I think they are evacuating everyone so the handles don't fall on top of them! Since they took over, CVSL has done nothing to invest in TLC, and has just let it go down the crapper. I totally agree with the other guy that says JR just buys companies to sell them.
