It was Suddenlink this time. The tech told me my modem was old and finally kicked out so I ran to best buy and bought a new modem/router in one. Called them back to finish the set up when the next tech told me there was an outage in my area. Geez.

I did manage to get one computer going but my older one won't connect now. Nice....
