false - some companies actually do become successful. what we have here is very rare and unusual, a successful company , Pro Star Freight, which used HPTG as a vehicle to go public, and it was done on very good terms protecting the interests of all stakeholders, making the stock instantly undervalued, as it still is, very undervalued
