That I cannot confirm. All I know is the company has not filed the documents of the R/S to FINRA so that is why there has been no approval from FINRA because they have no documents to approve or disapprove.
Maybe the securities lawyer that was working on the obscene RS got cold feet after the FBI did a bag and tag job on VICT securities lawyer Jehu Hand. Maybe with the FBI, SEC and FINRA doing an investigation next door, insiders got cold feet. Just my opinion, but if things this heavy are hitting this close to home it would not be unwise for the CHIT insiders to scrutinize their actions before they wind up on the chopping block.
