Cassandra, if you don't already have to ability to do market scans with your trading software, a site that may be of interest to you is www.smallcapcenter.com

Look for the tab that says "tools" and then "technical search". Within the technical search window, you can set your criteria to just about anything you can think of. If memory serves me correctly, you can also get pivot points, support and resistance levels there too.

Another very comprehensive site is www.clearstation.com. I learned a great deal from that site when I first started. I just checked the site and they've added quite a bit since I was last there (about 2 years ago..lol) Very impressive "education" section.

Once you get to the "Education" page, I would suggest you start with the information on the left side of the page and work your way down.

Purchase of Identa drug detection products by the Romanian government and CVS in the United States.


1. Through its representatives, Deputy Minister of the Interior Nicolae Berechet, who is responsible for administration and budgets in the ministry, and General Pavel Abraham, in charge of the war on drugs in Romania, the Romanian government officially informed the Identa delegation that it wanted to equip the various Romanian governmental entities with the company's drug detection kits.
The quantity in question is quite large, tens of thousands of kits for the various entities that are controlled by the Romanian Ministry of the Interior: police, border patrol, prison administration and customs. In financial terms, this order is worth several hundred thousand dollars.
The Identa delegation was made up of Yaacov Shoham, CEO, and Shlomo Gal, formerly Major General with the Israel Police and CEO of the Israeli Anti-Drug Authority for six years through 2002, who currently acts as an external consultant to the company. The delegation was invited by Romanian governmental authorities to participate in the opening of the ANA (Anti-drug National Agency) Bucharest building and to finalize the agreements for the delivery of the drug detection kits and external consulting services on matters related to the overall issue of the war on drugs. Over the two-day period discussions were held and a seminar was conducted for clerks of the Romanian authority on various topics related to drugs. The majority of issues for consultation were defined, as were the terms for cooperation and purchase of products.
Official Romanian authorities will submit the agreements for the purchase of products and consulting services to Identa Ltd. in the near future.
2. CVS - an American drugstore chain with 4,500 stores sent an initial trial order to Identa for 420 drug detection kits. In the first phase Identa products will be displayed for sale on the CVS Web site. Three months later, if sales results are positive, the kits will be offered for sale both in the stores and on the Internet.
At the same time, CVS has submitted the various standard documents for contractual agreements and specifications of products.
