A quick Google shows an Act in 1989 where they reorganized the bankruptcy laws of Bermuda... so still don't know but it looks better than US in terms of staying out of bankruptcy (somewhere on iHub one posted about the US government trying to keep oil companies out of bankruptcy for special reasons)...
