Do you have a link? I go to Ottawa next week. I want to show that to someone and make sure they know about it. These cocky bastards think they're above the law.

The Allard decision makes almost any conceivable regulation that restricts the access to cannabis for medical patients a waste of time

Don Briere is going to keep doing what he is doing, he is distributing a medicine that the government restricts access to in violation of patients Charter rights

you can make any which law you want to call that illegal, talk to his lawyers about it, he will keep doing what he is doing until someone wants to prosecute him for something - criminals are prosecuted, entrepreneurs sell franchises - he don't look like a criminal to me

what regulation would you recommend? LOL, i mean come on! We need legalization in a hurry, but I will be damned if I am walking into a liquor store to buy Crohn's disease medicine for my wife. I'll be damned if a credit card or some bank account is a necessity -

where do I go in my community to pay cash and get the medicine my wife needs, why should my wife need telecommunication services and payment processing services to access her medicine, we have cash, is that a crime, phuk banks, now how do i pay for my medicine???

I bet they will make my wife carry around papers like age verifying identification - what are we in Nazi Germany??? My wife may need to show government identification to get medicine, she is a citizen and cannabis is her right, we will be damned if we need to identify ourselves or verify chit!

How about we get our medicine however the phuk we want and no one is going to do a damn thing about it - that's reality, you all are dreaming

MMPR is an option for some people but it is too restrictive for my wife's needs. We don't need laws in between my wife and her medicine - we ignore that chit
