DPG,

This company will never make money from it's products & never intended to.

To say they will never make money from it's products, I will take as your opinion.

To say they never intended to, I think the rest of us here would like to know how you have come across this wealth of what sounds like inside information. Please share how you apparently know this. Do you know the management on a personal or professional level? And they have conveyed this to you?

TIA,

A curious party

That is exactly correct.... Here it is again for any newbies...

The scam works like this:

The company gets toxic debt and provided the loaner millions of cheap shares.

The $$ received on those toxic loans is then put into the pockets of the two Bong Brothers (owners of the company).

The Bong Brothers claim that the $$$ are used for business purposes and it is written that way in the financials but in reality the $$$ are just being used for the livelihood of these two, which I might add live the high life.

Then there is a 'mini production' run of product like there is now.

With producing a meager 200k or so bottles the cost for a small production run like this is what, something like $50k or so.

...and that cost is probably being put up by the toxic lender so that it looks like the company is legit which then gets everyone excited and the share price goes up so the toxic lender can start dumping shares and make millions of $$$$.

So for the Bong Bros and the toxic lender it's a win-win event and the losers are shareholders holding the baggage.

It happened a few years back but this time it's occurring on a bigger scale since this time around there is a lot more AS out there.
