Maybe its just me that thinks this since I haven't seen many posting agreement but I don't think its a stretch to believe that a plan is afoot for Offor to get the majority of ERHC assets back on his side of the ledger !

The shells could be a smoke screen/diversion while the plundering is being carefully planned and executed behind the curtains !

I've not seen anything else that comes close to explaining their behavior with the toxic debt, total failure at promotion and the willful share price destruction !

And no I don't believe for a second that it can be explained away by citing incompetence and inexperience . These guys are many things but being slow learners or stupid is not among them!

On the plus side every day from now on should be telling !

Termination, as in, employment; or termination, as in, life?

I think Ntephe and Offor both have skeletons in their closet and the best way of keeping them there, for both of them, is for Ntephe to remain CEO.

I have thought about this before and that is all I can come up. One thing is certain. Keeping Ntephe on as CEO of ERHC certainly is not based on performance.

How much did offor already make from loaning money to this company over the years? Who bought all of that toxic debt??????? Who converted all of that toxic debt??????
You have to remember that this company does nothing without his say so. The crooks are safe. If they do get fired which is unlikely it will be nothing more than window dressing.
