You obviously don't know the circumstances.

I got my $100,000 back from sale of my stock and the Quebec Bar Indemnity Fund who paid me because of Adessky's misappropriation. So no spilled milk to cry over.

I invested because a once very close friend conned me and lied to me about this Company. I DID NO DUE DILIGENCE because I trusted my ex-friend (another disbarred lawyer brought in by Adessky).

Trusting him was what I did wrong. Not doing due diligence was what I did wrong.

Yet you all have no excuses. You know Renken sat in jail for 4 years for fraud. You know Adessky was disbarred. You see the $3 million salary accrual and self-dealing allocation of shares. You see that the Company never delivers on promises. You see that Levine left (would he leave a big opportunity?).

Yet despite what is staring you in the face you think this is a bargain based upon an unknown acquisition the Company has no money to buy.
