SEC Filings do not tell us about their personal lives - and what sources of income support that lifestyle of each director - I work hard for what I live on, I suspect many do here. I have had stock option in the past and had to cash them in to live on - all directors holding their stock options for this little company means there has to be other income sources - we all live in costly America. A famous drummer told me once he had 6 sources of income streams. I hope all our management also has this so that they can continue to thrive on the future successes of this small firm. Lets not kid ourselves tho, there must be other sources for each of them. GLA from a SMALL Shareholder
