The management of DDCC has done everything right by shareholders and clearly is working for the long-term success of the company and shareholder value (which is also their way to benefit from the company's success as well as ours). There is no toxic financing here, of course, as you point out. Additionally, the shares that management have been awarded serve the important function of securing controlling interest in Double Crown so no one can swoop and try a hostile takeover. This team knows what they have built and they are not going to let anyone take it away from them. No worries here. Cheers.
