So absolutely no plausible scenario for saving this stock and making it tradeable without a rs right? LOL.

hub and marilu HAVE committed fraud by continually lying to shareholders while looting the general fund and issuing massive amounts of shares, IMO. They misrepresented the company, as well as actions being taken to make the company and the stock better. All have proven out to be lies at this point.
