Hard to say, but the 10Q shows the shares going to Tung and Tung selling the shares/debt, plus additional shares. There is no mention of restrictions in any public filings. If so, the company and/or TA dropped the ball by not placing the restrictions properly IMO. We will see how it pans out I guess.
