If you're watching the MM's note that NITE is the clear volume player on the BID and interestingly is the one player for 10k on the ASK at .0003.

I suspect that when this moves up to the .0004 we will see NITE's position as such that will also be the lead MM at that level as well (hammer). In short simple hide in plain sight tactic in a slow to NO movement ticker. The question is "What happens when it moves?"...for there will be movement at some point for it is the job of the market maker to keep fluidity and they are in the business to make money...

The size and placement of the BID indicates to me a stall to generate movement on the BID at the .0002 level..
