#14695 RE: StockMedic1 #14648

I saw the filings. What I see is dilution.

It doesn't matter if the shares are restricted, the conversions of the preferred B shares into common shares, contribute to the increase of the O/S and overall market value.

A market capitalization of $1,792,000 doesn’t raise any flags for a company that has 1,300,000 common shares outstanding, even if that company had 0 revenues and a loss of $4,500,000 nine months ending Sept 30 2015.

When you look at the conversions into common stock from those convertibles, you will see a market capitalization rapidly rising and that has yet to be updated on otcmarkets.

In a few weeks, otcmarkets will likely show an increase in the market capitalization when the company reports its annual report.

Can RXSF maintain a $2 PPS while having a market cap of $10,000,000 or $20,000,000, or will investors see a stock that is trading at a premium to where it should be after all the conversions are taken into account?

Its not for me to say, I am just making an observation.

Hope it works out for you though.

IMO and FWIW.
