Apparently Nahass didn't wise up as he was trading TRTC in an undisclosed brokerage account that he, on multiple occasions, decided to keep hidden from FINRA and his employers, even though by law he was required to disclose it and lost his brokers license over it. Now why would he want to keep that brokerage account that he was trading TRTC shares a secret?
