PJC1, "a service to take messages" takes cash. It's somewhat of a stretch for ol' GDSI at this time. Besides the interminable silence adds an air of mystery. Give it another month or two.

Try calling the phone number. If nothing else I would hire a service to take messages if I was still open for business.
