MFridge, in reality, Rufus said FHAL was about broke and they're really not using any FHAL assets as part of their valuation of the surviving company. Amazon deal may be worth some $$$s in the future as a long term project, but they're not using any figures from that Amazon project in their valuations.
Mfridge it is essentially a reverse merge. Just because FHAL has assets does not mean it cannot be reverse merged into. CVSU is using FHAL to go public. It is great for FHAL shareholders.
Anyway the type does not really matter. What matters is how this goes down.
