lesnshawn, there has NEVER been a question that FHAL will be the surviving "company." FHAL trading symbol will be the surviving trading symbol, but FHAL, the company, has basically been swallowed by CVSU. FHAL will become another ticker, most likely when it moves to the NASD. FHAL, the company, other than using that corporation as basically a shell to get on the OTC, has already ceased to exist. Their operations have already been taken over by CVSU. They're history! Kaput!
