Wishful thinking for another winner like aamrq. In todays climate, I'd bet there's no way in hell Justice Dept. would okay any merger or acquisition.

Not so fast though. RJET will not go under in today's airline sector. Assets are higher than debt. This stock was over $14 less than a year ago. No carrier would acquire them prior to a BK. Makes the merger now much cheaper. A regional will acquire them in due time.
