Yes all three companies are in default with Nevada. To resolve that takes 10 mins and a simple payment, thats the worst sign for SH of anything that the company hasn't dealt with that by now. The other documents take time, this however, could have easily been taken care of Monday Morning. SMH

Maybe he did, I have no idea, but maybe if you go to http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/ and type in Giddy than search. A few companies pop up maybe he did and its the third one from the top and the entity is called Giddy Up Energy Products, Inc.

However its tough to tell who filled for the entities on the California website because you can just use your lawyer's name for agent service and theres no more info than that. It is active with the California SOS still so maybe he did, or it could be a completely different company.

I have no idea.

Also the address listed for the company for someone that lives there is 12411 OSBORNE STREET.... http://www.spokeo.com/CA/Pacoima/12411-Osborne-St/75

Under that link, it says someone lives there called Y**** Robinson and they have a relative J*** Robinson. May be the entity? Not sure tho, just looking.
