Oh my God, no!!!! I just called and finally got through to Rufus. I asked him if it was true that we were getting $15 a share and he said "yes". I nearly pissed myself! But just as i was about to get some tissues, he added, "if you're a CVSU shareholder."

I told him I owned FHAL and he said that if that's the case, then there is NO increase in share price!!! In fact, they are planning a reverse split for the FHAL shares to get them up to $15, so that they match the value of the existing CVSU shares!!!!

Can you believe this shit? Oh my God, what are we going to do?!!!!"

You did cover it. But the 8k was pretty clear on what shares could be redeemed for $15, cvsu shares.

Rufus believes fhal shares will be trading at $15 by the 26th or the 28th. Only 2 ways to get there, pr's to support the price or a R/S. My hope is for pr's.
