No company has quarterlies audited, also not SEC reporting companies. I just took a quick glance and it looks like the company lost money in the last Q? Need to look closer but it looks like. And regarding fully reporting, they say they wanna do it within one year from march1st 2016! That means it could take another year.

You are right multivalue we have heard it all before, but this seems to be part of the restructuring agreement with the Senior Secured Debenture Holder (p14). I doubt they'd break that. And well spotted, traderfan. A loss in the last Q? I missed that. And you are right, it could take them a year to be fully reporting, but at least it is a firm date. I had hoped GMA13 was right, that there was something big in this report that was the reason for it being so late, but if there is I am not seeing it. I personally think the report is a bit meh, but I've only skimmed it and I live in hope. :)
