Don't you think that this court case, which has not even started yet might take 6, 9, 12 months or more to reach conclusion???

Nothing will happen concerning those 220,000,000 shares for quite some time!! Plus I wonder why when the company published the OS was 508,000,000 they didn't know this news then??? The latest 10q only increased the OS by less than 130,000,000 so it didn't happen then???

Who the heck is running CDII anyway???
