"There you have it. Exciting company. New security technology lands a break through deal. Liscouski helps navigate the stock into the toilet. Familiar? "

So similar it's eerie! "But that can't happen here!"
Nov 13 2014 $1.54
Feb 25 2016 $0.33
Down 78%!

No, that's right, it can't happen here!

P.S. Down 78%, and fresh near a 5 year low, but supposedly "the chart looks good". (shakes head)

There are some incorrect statements made here about Mr. Liscouski's tenure with Viscount Systems:

1. Announcement was Sept. 14, 2011 that he joined VSYS, not "late 2012";

2. Share price of VSYS was trading for between a nickel and a dime per share through most of the rest of 2011 and throughout 2012, and sometimes it reached a low of 0.01. This is well BEFORE the price went up again to 0.14 on Feb. 28, 2014 which appears to have been the all-time high for the time BL worked there. You can't state that "Liscouski helps navigate the stock into the toilet" without taking into account the stock's earlier performance, now, can you?

3. According to the 8-K of VSYS from Nov. 16, 2015: "Change in Directors or Principal Officers, Financial Statements and Exhibits -- On November 9, 2015, in connection with a proposed financing for Viscount Systems, Inc. (the "Company"), each of Dennis Raefield, George Eli Birnbaum and Robert Liscouski resigned as directors of the Company. Messrs. Raefield and Liscouski indicated that their resignations were directly related to the proposed financing since they could not vote to approve the financing. Attached as Exhibit 17.1 are the correspondence with each of the directors relating to their resignations. (...)"

Do you have anything to back up the statement that "The largest shareholders stepped in and fired Liscouski's hand picked CEO in July 2015 to stop the madness and forced Liscouski and crew off the board around November"? Do you really think that they are "trying to save the company" when it is most likely the new financing which prompted BL to resign and which has resulted in their stock trading at 0.01 right now?

Disclosure: I am long IMSC (20,000 shares, cost basis approx. 0.80). I have no position in VSYS.
