That has been true in the past, yes.

But there have never been any real fundamental catalysts in the past either to focus on.

So bad earnings + nothing positive to look forward to = selloff.

Are you telling me there is nothing positive to look forward to in April and May?

What you're describing is the far too common growing pains and dynamics of the penny stock beast. With time and growth progress, the good ones can and do survive and prosper.

Imo, our biggest enemies in developing pennies are the hedge funds naked shorting and inept management that is really not up to the task of financing and being successful growing their company.
In response to both of these dynamics, TRTC's share price continues to rise in spite of the relentless day trading and naked shorting, which clearly means accumulation taking place and we can certainly see that TRTC has an outstanding ceo in Peterson.

I recently exited a penny biotech stock I started buying at .03 to .04 cents that went through the torturous journey of pennys. On it's own merits it rose to the 4.00+ range and was just bought out in a
$8.50 tender by a larger company.

As the marijuana investing field continues to stabilize and grow, which it clearly will, those quality stocks like TRTC early to the game, are the ones to prosper as separate entities or as buyout candidates.
