This is comical, a quiet period that last 6 months, I have been waiting to see what JB comes up with next, maybe he has already, extend and pretend maybe?

The insinuation that this will fund drilling 2 holes is misleading at best.

Why, when the sale of 100 million shares barely netted enough to keep the lights on, would the sale of 350 million more shares under the same conditions and terms have a different result?

The current dollar cap per put notice is $5,376.00 with a minimum 10 days between puts---that is < $16K/month at current trading $ volume...

The maximum investment amount per notice must be no more than 150% of the average daily trading dollar volume of our common stock for the 10 consecutive trading days immediately prior to date of the applicable put notice and such amount must not exceed an accumulative amount per month of $100,000.

There is a volume cap of 150%. So can you explain how LBSR will raise your $980,000 when at current and recent volumes, the amount they can realistically raise via this S-1 amounts to $10-30K per month, and that is not even enough to pay the monthly overhead costs.

There will be no money for drilling.
