My god, how is possible to steal people like that legally ?

Because it was all disclosed in the Company's SEC filings? If someone had taken just a few minutes to read them they would have known SHMX was just a POS and would never have bought the stock in the first place.

The people who had their money "stolen" here bear a large part of the blame for failing to do their DD.
