Yes, I do understand the original branding is still part of it, I don't understand the need for this new version though at all. What is the need for spending resources to make a version that's in the soda category. On the "game changing" account, it wasn't mentioned the past few times, the general national references are not specific to an account in place, like the previous comments were. He mentioned the account in general terms just fine when it suited trying to get people to hold shares into a reverse split announcement, so why not now?

I agree on the two different VitaminFIZZ formulations. Looks like we were writing similar notes at the same time. I started to reply earlier to JT earlier http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=120763291. Then went off to try to find Kroger or Costco's policy on annual product placement windows. No luck finding it, its probably out there somewhere, too busy to waste any more time. Came back and finished the post. Ironically saw you posted a similar note 3 minutes before me.

My concern is that VANIS might have missed an annual product placement window (I know Walmart used to have one, not saying they are the game changer, just an example.) and it will be a while before we see the game changer! If that is the case, he needs to provide his loyal shareholders an open and honest update on the timeline.

It's already been 8 months. If its going to be another 4-6 months, let us know what happened, don't keep us hanging which will do nothing but create allot more negativity in the coming weeks and months all around! He doesn't have to tell us who the game changer is, the whole subject is way out on the table as it is anyway. A few minutes and a paragraph or two would do allot of good at this point. 90% down and counting, yeah we need an update!

There's no reason for no update on the game changer unless it is going to happen in days or weeks, not months. It was supposed to happen after the holidays.

11/13/2015... The “game changing” account placement is still valid, and we plan to place VitaminFIZZ in the next national schematic (planogram) after the Holidays.


If months, VANIS needs to CEO up and let us know. Otherwise the PPS will likely tank even more due to mistrust on the game changer if its months down the road! This assumes it is all legit.

And (some) people are still "optimistic" that Jeb Bush will be elected president too! It's one thing to have optimism based on factual data and quite another to believe in fairy tales...

You do understand we are still keeping the original formulation of Fizz, right? Also just because the game changer account wasn't mentioned in the last PR doesn't mean it's not still Valid. IMO the most recent PR was mentioned right next to KO and PEP. Vanis still can't talk specifics about the game changer so to just say "game changer" in a PR seems very unprofessional. Anyway the goal of the last PR was to focus on the caffeine version. Also it said the world "national" about 10 times in the PR. So that's at least encouraging. I'm still optimistic that we will be getting HUGE news about national accounts going forward!
