Yeah, until there is proof that Kallo can eliminate the convertibles this is going nowhere. Even if the relative amount of debt is minimal.

It takes about 1 billion shares to eliminate roughly a mere $60 k in convertible debt.

There is plenty of opportunity to see a meteoric rise in pps. But with each billion more in dilution the potential becomes more muted..

Hopefully there is some clarity with 10-k next month and ITD getting in new facility.

Curious what TA says OS is.. Gotta be close to 4 billion, IMO
