No, of course not - this is the Factual follow-up:

INOH dumped over 130M shares in dilution from block positions (aka convertible Noteholders) during that nonsensical PR and aftermath - All at $.000098 and $.000099. They don't care how low the price, they don't care about shareholders who bought at retail, they just care about the dollar amount.
